Billion-dollar losses, transit restoration and port digitalization.
These were years of struggle, victories, and difficult decisions. But an even more difficult and responsible year lies ahead. A year when Ukraine must lay the foundations of its victory over the empire.

I would like to dwell in more detail on education and training in the Land Forces, because it is this branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that my work mostly touches. We are currently implementing ambitious and very necessary projects aimed at improving basic combined-arms training. In particular, the training unit has been scaled up, the basis of which were instructors and commanders from the Yevhen Konovalets School, who served in the 12th Brigade of the Azov National Guard and the 3rd Special Forces Brigade. These are professionals who have enormous experience that needs to be passed on.

The Colonel Konovalets Military School is a specialized institution for training sergeants and non-commissioned officers, which operates within the framework of the Azov National Military University Special Forces. Cadets undergo a 15-week special database intensive course, during which they master the following disciplines almost without days off: tactical and fire training, practical medicine, physical and combat training, military topography and navigation, a detachment commander course, the basics of small group tactics, and humanitarian subjects. Theoretical knowledge is consolidated through practical training at the training ground. The training is conducted by experienced specialists who have extensive modern combat experience that meets NATO standards. This is very important, because behind every successful project there are people. Finding people and forming effective teams is half the battle. Only teams, not personality cults, achieve positive results over long distances.
