I'm going to explain to you in an easy and simple way why your company should be on social media: Because you want ALL your potential customers to know what you do , how you do it, what products you sell or what services you offer. And your potential customers are not only those who pass through the door of your company, or those that your current customers can send you through word of mouth, but also all those people who may be interested in your product or service and do not yet know about you. and if you only sell in your physical store or only accept reservations and orders by phone , you are missing out on many customers who, due to lack of time or because they are a different generation, already make many of their purchases and reservations online .

Because your business has to modernize and advance as society advances , and if you don't do it, your competition will (if they haven't already).
