– Instead of requiring users in your organization to create subscriptions on behalf of guest users, there is now the option for guest users to create their own subscriptions for the Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports they have access to. The requirements for a guest user to subscribe are: they will need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license, or the workspace where the content is saved must be backed by a Premium capacity.
Downloading a PBIX is now available for more scenarios – you will now have the option to choose between downloading the report that includes the data or downloading the report without the data, but with a live connection to the data.Download PBIXSource: Microsoft
This option unlocks the following situations, where you were previously unable to download a report .pbix file:
Download reports created based on a dataset iceland whatsapp resource configured for large models.
Download reports created based on a dataset that is configured for incremental refresh.
Downloading reports created from a dataset that has been modified using the XMLA endpoint.
Download any .pbix file that is larger than 1 GB.
Download usage metrics reports.
